Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2025

Limbo ("the App") is a personal decluttering app that helps you decide what to keep and what to toss. This policy explains what information the App accesses and how it is used.

Information We Access

Photo Library

The App requests access to your photo library so you can register photos of items you are unsure about. Photos are stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded to any server.

Purchase Status

The App uses Apple's StoreKit framework to offer a one-time premium upgrade. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. The App only receives confirmation of whether the purchase was completed; no payment details are accessible to the developer.

How Information Is Used

All data (photos, decision history, settings) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. The App has no backend server and does not transmit any personal data to the developer or third parties.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit your personal data to any third party. The only external service involved is Apple's App Store for in-app purchases, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention & Deletion

All app data is stored on your device. You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the App. No data remains on any external server after uninstallation.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. It is a general-purpose productivity app with no user accounts or social features.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
